MADCM's MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Michigan Association of District Court Magistrates is to provide a statewide forum to assist the District Court Magistrates in serving the public and the legal profession by promoting a fair, efficient, and effective system of justice in our state. The Michigan Association of District Court Magistrates has identified these specific goals:​

• To advance knowledge and improve the skills of our state's Magistrates through education, programs and services.

• To develop a network for the exchange of ideas and information to improve our legal system.

• To promote and improve public understanding of the legal system and the role of the Magistrate.

• To provide leadership in improving the law and serving the public.

• To promote cooperation among organizations that are concerned with legal issues affecting Magistrates and the justice system.
